As an Operation Management professional, you will be responsible for effectively managing FIFO / LIFO, petty cash, warehouse operations, inventory control, and daily briefing at the store. It will be your duty to adhere to all statutory records and registers, conduct audits (FSSAI & PROCESS), and ensure compliance with store policies and SOPs. Additionally, you will be in charge of floor display, offer updates, inventory management, shrinkage control, maintaining all registers, debit management, and expiry control.
