Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Soft skills Required: Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in a similar role. Excellent communication skills; knowledge of the local language is an added advantage. Proficiency in Excel and ability to interpret data. Comfortable with frequent travel as required.
