Deal Structuring and Pricing Specialist

The Finance Deal Pricing for IT Services + DS Specialist + Corporate Functions role at Accenture is a Management Level 9 Specialist position located in various cities such as Gurugram, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Kolkata, Jaipur, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, and Indore. As a member of the Deal Structuring & Pricing Team, your role will involve providing professional financial and commercial leadership for large, complex deals in the IT Service industry. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in financial evaluation and compliance with external regulatory and internal requirements. Your key responsibilities will include performing analytical reviews of client budgets, preparing schedules for open issues, calculating prices and margins for deals, analyzing financial impact, ensuring compliance with US GAAP policies, coordinating with tax and legal teams, and presenting financial context to stakeholders. Additionally, you will be expected to contribute to DS knowledge capital and continuously enhance your skills. To excel in this role, you should have good awareness of Corporate Finance strategies and tools, working knowledge of accounting for business combinations, experience in deal pricing reviews, ability to provide innovative thinking, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools.
