Deal Structuring and Pricing Senior Analyst

As a Finance Deal Pricing for IT Services + DS Specialist + Corporate Functions at Accenture, you will be part of the Deal Structuring & Pricing Team, providing professional financial and commercial leadership for large, complex deals. Your role involves performing pricing, commercial structuring, and offering comprehensive financial support for Managed Services and Consulting deals in Europe and Asia Pacific markets. Key responsibilities include analyzing client budgets, preparing schedules for open issues, calculating prices and margins based on costing information and deal parameters, identifying risks and opportunities, ensuring compliance with US GAAP policies, coordinating with tax and legal teams for tax efficiency, presenting financial contexts to stakeholders, and contributing to continuous learning and thought leadership in the field. To excel in this role, you should have a good understanding of Corporate Finance strategies, knowledge of accounting for business combinations and revenue recognition, experience in Deal Pricing Reviews, ability to provide innovative thinking, prepare business case presentations, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools.
