Deal Structuring and Pricing Senior Analyst

Role Overview: You will be a part of the Deal Structuring & Pricing Team, providing professional financial and commercial leadership for large, complex deals in the IT service industry. Your role will involve performing pricing, commercial structuring, and offering comprehensive financial support for Managed Services and Consulting deals in Europe and Asia Pacific markets. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze client budgets, identify missing information, and propose action plans for deal approval - Calculate prices and margins using internal pricing tools in collaboration with deal teams - Analyze financial impact, understand risks, provide mitigation, and identify opportunities for clients and stakeholders - Ensure compliance with US GAAP policies and work with tax and legal teams for tax efficiency and legality - Present financial context to Sales Leads and Finance leads to influence deal shaping and decision-making - Escalate deals with poor financial metrics and collaborate with teams to improve financial attributes - Contribute to thought leadership and continuous learning in Deal Structuring Qualifications Required: - Must have skills in Deal Pricing in the IT service industry - Experience of 2-4 years in Finance, preferably in IT service industry deal pricing - Educational Qualification: CA / CWA / MBA (Finance) / CMA / CIMA Additional Details: Accenture's Deal Structuring & Pricing Team offers a collaborative culture and network of global communities to enhance your technical and functional skills.
