As an Industry Solutions Architect (Horizontal/Telco & Media Plus) at our company, your role will involve supporting strategic deal pursuits from the Industry Business Development team by shaping and delivering industry-specific, cross-functional solutions that meet client needs. You will be responsible for crafting compelling, scalable, and technically sound solutions that integrate frontier technologies with traditional enterprise systems and bridge cross-functional offerings into cohesive, client-ready solutions. The ideal candidate will be up-to-date with the latest AI developments and capable of creating innovative, scalable solutions that enable 5G, edge computing, AI-driven customer experience, and digital content ecosystems. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the end-to-end solutioning of complex, multi-disciplinary deals across various technology practices. - Collaborate with business development teams to understand client needs and strategic goals. - Design customized solution architectures aligned with client objectives. - Develop pricing models, delivery frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies. - Align commercial terms with solution architecture. - Support contract structuring and negotiation. - Act as a trusted advisor during pre-sales and solutioning phases. - Bring deep industry knowledge to inform solution design. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and their industry applications. - Identify and integrate industry-specific partners, accelerators, and frameworks into proposals. - Ensure solution integrity, scalability, and cost optimization. - Contribute to the development of reusable assets and playbooks for industry solutioning. - Architect end-to-end IT solutions for Telco and Media clients. - Integrate AI-driven capabilities into proposals for enhanced operational efficiency. - Apply deep knowledge of Telco/Media processes to craft tailored solutions. - Champion adoption of AI, IoT, Digital Twins, Robotics, and Edge Computing in solution architectures. **Required Qualifications:** - 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, consulting, or pre-sales roles. - Proven track record of solutioning large, complex deals in the target industries. - Experience in crafting RFP/RFI responses and client-specific solution presentations. - Strong understanding of industry trends and digital transformation drivers. - Awareness of Energy & Utilities domain. - Proficiency in cloud platforms and edge computing. - Experience working with cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Exposure to OT, Industry 4.0, AI/ML, IoT, digital twins, and smart manufacturing technologies.
