As a Practice Head for New Age CX at AVP Level, you will be required to have excellent knowledge of Customer Experience (CX) specifically tailored for new age clients. Your role demands strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to work effectively. You should be a self-starter with a deep motivation and passion for bringing in new business to the Consumer DU at BPS. Your ability to simplify complex tasks and innovate to enhance workflows and processes will be crucial. Additionally, you should possess the capability to visualize and articulate solutions in a manner that resonates with the target audience and customers, ultimately contributing to the success in closing deals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating compelling solutions and proposals, both proactively and in response to RFI, RFP, and RFQ - Developing account plans to identify CX opportunities in new age target accounts - Demonstrating a strong understanding of AI, Agentic AI, Chatbots, and other transformative solutions in the CX space for new age clients - Connecting client needs with industry trends to deliver best-in-class solutions - Building solutions even with limited client information, navigating ambiguity, and providing clarity to extended teams - Leading client presentations and actively contributing to driving CX bids end to end - Conducting primary and secondary research on competition landscape, clients, and identifying whitespace opportunities - Managing internal and external stakeholders effectively - Taking charge of internal and external marketing and brand creation for New Age CX - Being accountable for deal conversion With over 15 years of overall work experience, it is mandatory to have at least 3+ years of experience in collaborating with multiple new age customers in the CX domain. You will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence in delivering customer-centric solutions.,
