As a Senior Manager, Human Resources at Momentive Software in Pune, Maharashtra, India, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with US and local leadership to develop and support people strategies that drive operational effectiveness, results, and employee engagement. Your responsibilities will include managing and deploying various HR programs and processes such as performance management, succession planning, learning and development, employee engagement, benefits, and compensation planning. You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert in areas like HR Compliance, Immigration, Training and Development, and DE&I while acting as a trusted advisor to executives, managers, and employees. Your day-to-day activities will involve leading, counseling, and developing HR direct and indirect reports, supporting HR acquisition integration efforts, and contributing to the strategic priorities of the HR function and supported businesses. You will provide daily HR guidance to line management, resolve complex employee relations issues, and collaborate with global, functional, and local management to enhance work relationships, morale, organizational effectiveness, productivity, and retention. In collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Global HR Business Partners, you will adapt global programs and policies for local regulations and customs, oversee orientation, onboarding, retention, and exiting processes, and manage annual promotion, performance, and compensation programs. Additionally, you will assess leadership and employee development training needs, analyze local business data to identify trends, and recommend solutions to improve employee engagement, performance, retention, and employee experience. Ideal candidates for this role should possess a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in strategic HR Business Partnership and functional HR fields, and at least 2 years of HR supervisory experience. You should have schedule flexibility to support global relationships, excellent people management skills, analytical capabilities, and demonstrable experience with HR metrics, reports, and HR systems like Workday. A thorough understanding of labor legislation, compliance regulations, and best HR practices is essential, along with the ability to build effective work relationships at all organization levels. Moreover, a depth of expertise in areas such as HR Compliance, Immigration, HRIS, Training and Development, M&A, HR Operations, and DE &I is highly desirable. Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and relationship-building skills are necessary, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment both independently and as part of a team.
