This position is part of a global team that is responsible for the delivery of clients virtual workplace services for end-users. Skills: basic to good knowledge in the following technologies: Active Directory Group Policies Windows client and server operating systems Citrix Netscaler Citrix WEM FSLogix Profile Containers FSLogix App Masking extensive experience in the following technologies / products: Citrix XenApp 6.5 Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Citrix Cloud (DaaS, Citrix Gateway, Workspace) Microsoft Azure Operation of complex virtualization environments based on the above-mentioned technologies Experience in implementing and maintaining Citrix Architectures Experience in performing standardized monitoring, system operation, support or development tasks Experience in advanced troubleshooting for more complex issues good communication skills (English) good analytical and problem-solving skills GxP experience is beneficial (good to have), but not mandatory PowerShell skills are beneficial but not mandatory Tasks: Monitoring and maintaining performance, integrity and availability of the environment Implementation of changes to the environment based on customer requests Continuously improving and optimizing the environment Understanding user requirements and transferring them into reliable and functioning solutions Performing Second and Third-Level Support tasks in the given technological environment. Performing troubleshooting tasks of complex issues Supporting the business-critical applications together with the customers application owners Advice, implementation or development of medium complexity technologies and services. Location and other details: the resource will work remote only, On-site work is not required English speaking supported Systems/User groups are located in Germany, Italy and US, local time zone should be covered (US or EU).
