Educational qualification: BE /B.Tech/M.Tech/ MCA Good knowledge of Linux environment and having an idea about shell scripting. Good knowledge of SQL. Basic knowledge of AWS. Basic knowledge of Java. Rest API working experience to execute curl, analysing request and response, HTTP codes etc. Should be familiar with regular networking protocols (DNS, HTTP(S), SSH, FTP, SMTP) and its use cases. He should be comfortable for Task Planning and its execution during any planned activity. Can Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support based on his actual role, investigate and resolve technical issues. Performing sanity checks for the services. Perform root cause analysis for production errors. Should be open to work in 24x7 shifts. Self-motivated, ability to do multitasking efficiently. Knowledge on Incidents and escalation practices. Should have worked in project management tools like confluence, JIRA. Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to balance and prioritise work. Strong analytical and debugging skills. Excellent multitasking skills and communication skills - both verbal and written. Ability to understand architectural designs.
