DD and Valuation - Senior Associate - Qualified CA

 Job Description:

2. 1. Financial and tax due diligence of target companies proposed to be acquired
   2. Valuation of companies seeking funding, statutory valuations required under various laws and valuation of target companies proposed to be acquired
   3. Preparation of business plans and valuation therefrom
   4. Analysis of industry and peers for the purpose of valuation
   5. Review of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting

3. Key Responsibilities:
   1. Analyzing financial data and identifying key trends in the performance of the business;
   2. Discussing business performance and future performance with the target company;
   3. Drafting and finalization of reports
   4. Valuation of companies- Income approach/market based approach
   5. Exposure to managing project life cycle
   6. Ability to guide junior resources on an assignment
   7. Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
   8. Work with global offices on valuations and due diligence
