An MBA in Hospital & Healthcare Management is mandatory. Experience & Knowledge: Understanding of hospital workflows across clinical, non-clinical, and support departments. Familiarity with healthcare quality and accreditation standards such as NABH, NABL, JCI. Working knowledge of data analytics with the ability to interpret engagement and performance metrics. Communication & Language Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently. Fluency in English and Hindi is a must (spoken and written). Other Skills: Strong stakeholder engagement and client-facing approach. Willingness to travel for meetings, demos, and client visits. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of HIS/EHR/EMR systems and other healthcare IT platforms. Additional Notes: This is a client-facing role requiring strong interpersonal skills. Role & responsibilities DCS operation for boiler. Min 3 years as independent DCS operation. Field operation in Boiler. Ensure the availability and usage of PPEs Create safety awareness among the employees and shift officers by safety awareness sessions. Improvement activities to be driven in terms of safety aspect. Maintaining desired parameters in boiler as per OEM recommendation. Maintaining fault register in CPP. Condition monitoring of all CPP equipment. Housekeeping of plant and working area. Ensuring healthiness of standby equipment. Preferred candidate profile Should be able to run DCS and maintain boiler and Turbine operational parameters. Able to handle emergencies operation in plant, e.g. grid failure and black out. Education: - B.E/B.Tech/Diploma from recognized institute. Desired: BOE/First class/second class boiler operator as per nature of work. Experience: 2-5 Years min experience & at least 2-3 Years’ experience in similar role.

To ensure the production related inputs in SAP system. To be check and ensure the PISCADA reports generation & review of DCS alarms. Transfer finished goods through Finished Goods Transfer Note. To Check and ensure minimum stock of consumables, Logbooks & status labels. Ensuring preventive maintenance of all equipment as per schedule. Co-ordinate with service departments (QA, QC, stores, E & M) for various production related activities. If any abnormality found in production area / activities, authorized to stop activity immediately & inform to superiors/production Manager. Responsible to maintain housekeeping in plant & take care the cleanliness of equipment. Follow safety instructions/procedures & ensure use of safety outfit while on works. To attend GMP & safety trainings & implement the trainings outcome at work place. Should be aware of the location of firefighting equipment and should know the operation. He should not leave the work spot unattended and go away without prior permission from shift-in-charge/Manager Responsible for allotment of work to operators & casuals.
