Role & responsibilities Regulatory Compliance: Interpret and implement RBI, NPCI, SEBI, TRAI, and other applicable guidelines related to IT and digital operations. Ensure compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) and other data privacy laws. Monitor changes in regulations and update internal policies accordingly. Conduct IT compliance testing and reporting findings as per guidelines. IT Governance & Cybersecurity: Review IT policies and procedures for compliance with applicable RBI / other regulations. Ensure cybersecurity controls are in place and aligned with regulatory expectations. Coordinate for periodic IT audits.
