As the Creative Engineering Director-Manager Design at Annalect, an integral part of Omnicom Group, you will be responsible for driving and translating creative and contemporary ideas into impactful designs. Your role will involve leading and deploying creative campaigns for global clients, including Fortune 50 companies. The position is based in Bangalore/Hyderabad & Chennai. Your primary responsibilities will include leading, mentoring, and growing the Production Design team to ensure quality, consistency, and excellence. You will play a pivotal role in understanding the skill sets and personalities of team members to identify growth opportunities and ensure projects are staffed with the best talent. Additionally, you will lead efforts related to display and video production from a production perspective, as well as oversee the performance review process through regular team meetings, portfolio reviews, and feedback sessions. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Ability to collaborate effectively with the Creative Team to bring their ideas to life while adhering to best practices and brand standards. - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a high-velocity production studio, digital design production shop, or agency organization. - Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, along with practical knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suites ecosystem. - Familiarity with DCO frameworks and experience in building and mentoring highly productive teams. - Track record of driving new initiatives and high-scale output in a dynamic environment. - Experience with content at scale technologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams and 3rd party vendors. In this role, you will also collaborate with other discipline team leads, in-house brand studios, and external partners to coordinate requirements and drive the reputation of the ArtBot studio within Critical Mass. Your contribution will be instrumental in educating leaders on the benefits of automation programs and enhancing the overall creative output and efficiency of the organization.,
