The role involves coordination with issuers, trustees, rating agencies, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Prepare IMs, term sheets, and MCFs for primary issuances Coordinate with issuers and stakeholders for NCD issuance Manage securitization operations including PTC cashflows and documentation Handle secondary transactions, cashflow prep, and settlements Monitor compliance trackers, coupon schedules, and reconciliations Oversee ISIN creation, pledges, corporate actions, and depository updates Ensure regulatory compliance with SEBI, NCS, and legal frameworks Use platforms like CBRICS, BSE-NDS, and FTRAC for secondary trades Skills Required: Hard Skills Financial literacy, cashflow analysis (NCD, CP, PTC) MS Office proficiency, attention to detail Knowledge of SEBI/NCS regulations and DCM instruments Soft Skills Emotional intelligence, planning, and communication Ability to manage complexity and drive operational change Show more Show less
