Role & responsibilities System Configuration & Setup: Manage the installation and setup of Charging Management Systems (CMS) to integrate with EV charging stations. Ensure proper configuration of the system, including user management, pricing models, and load balancing. Monitor charging station performance and operational status through the CMS. Generate real-time and periodic reports on charging station usage, efficiency, energy consumption, and fault detection. Proactively identify issues or inefficiencies in the charging system and resolve them.
