Role & responsibilities Strong knowledge of dispatch/logistics processes in heavy steel fabrication/galvanizing industry. Familiarity with power transmission tower components, packing, and dispatch standards. Understanding of transport regulations, road permits, E-way bills, and GST compliance. Proficiency in SAP/dispatch modules. Leadership and people management skills. Excellent coordination, communication, and negotiation skills. Problem-solving and ability to handle urgent dispatch requirements. Preferred candidate profile 10-15 years of experience in Dispatch Planning & Scheduling with expertise in DBOM. Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical, Supply Chain or Other Specialization. Strong skills in Material Handling & Loading, Safe Loading Operations, Cost & Efficiency Control.
