Role Overview: You will be responsible for maintaining the Profit and Loss statement and Balance Sheet for the branch. You will execute the Branch Strategy in line with the overall Branch Banking strategy for the bank, focusing on sustained revenue generation through cross-selling of TPP, RA, and BB products, as well as liabilities mobilization via CASA portfolio growth in the Branch Catchment. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure efficient complaint management within specified TATs - Drive high service scores by conducting customer engagement programs and marketing events - Implement CRM by the Sales, Relationship & BSD departments and review it periodically - Maintain the Branch and ATM, raising issues when necessary - Collaborate with teams for effective fraud management within the cluster - Ensure branch compliance with Banks policies and processes - Submit MIS reports in a timely manner - Maintain safety and security of Bank and customer's assets - Meet audit-related deliverables both internal and external as per norms - Provide role clarity to employees in the branch and manage attrition - Track and monitor daily productivity and book movement of the branch - Partner with the HCM Business partner for periodic reviews Qualifications Required: - Experience as an Imperia Relationship Manager, Priority Relationship Manager, Personal Banker, Wealth RM, Branch Manager, or Branch Head (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description),
