Job Description

Your role as a Database Administrator will require you to demonstrate proven expertise in advanced DB2 troubleshooting across various environments such as development, test, and production. You will be responsible for assessing migration risks and developing comprehensive fallback and rollback strategies. Additionally, your role will involve strong experience in post-cutover performance tuning and optimization. As part of your responsibilities, you will enforce and ensure compliance with enterprise standards for encryption, access control, and audit logging. Your technical leadership and mentorship will be crucial in guiding the DBA team. You will also be accountable for performing and signing off on environment parity, system stability, and disaster recovery (DR) readiness.
