Leadership in facilitating Scrum ceremonies is essential. Preferred qualifications include a conceptual understanding of programming and DB querying, certification in Agile methodologies such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe certification, and Kanban certification. Collaborative work with cross-functional teams, familiarity with Agile project management tools like Jira, knowledge of Discrete Manufacturing scenario, and SAP DMC would be advantageous.,
