Daycare Teacher - Freshers

Job Title: Daycare Teacher
Location: Gurugram
Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
Work Days: 5.5 Days a Week
Shift: 7 Hours per Day

Job Summary:

We are looking for caring, responsible, and energetic Daycare Teachers to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and be committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for their development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times
• Create and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate learning and development
• Maintain daily records of children's progress and behavior
• Foster a positive relationship with children, parents, and staff
• Assist in meal times, nap routines, hygiene, and diapering as required
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the daycare environment
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's day and development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline) – Mandatory
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in a daycare, preschool, or early childhood education setting preferred (not mandatory)
• Patience, warmth, and a nurturing attitude
• Ability to manage groups of children and work collaboratively with fellow staff
