Job Title: Senior Power BI Developer Years of Experience: 6+ Years Job Location: Hyderabad Shift Timings: US Overlapping Hours(2PM-11PM) IST Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end business intelligence solutions using Power BI Build intuitive dashboards, visualizations, and reports that support decision-making across business domains such as sales, finance, and operations Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions Create and optimize data models, DAX calculations, and Power BI dataflows for performance and usability Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and refresh reliability in Power BI workspaces and reports Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to source and integrate data from various systems using Microsoft Fabric and Azure services Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Power BI and Microsoft data platforms Exposure to scripting or data processing using Python or PySpark is a plus Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques such as forecasting or statistical modeling is a bonus Qualifications Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field 6+ years of experience in business intelligence or data visualization roles Advanced expertise in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and visualization best practices Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience working with Azure Data Services and Microsoft Fabric Proficiency in SQL and data transformation processes Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with a focus on delivering user-centric BI products Experience with Python or PySpark is a plus We are Navigators in the Age of Transformation: We use sophisticated technology to transform clients into the digital age, but our top priority is our positive impact on human experience.
