Role Proficient with the latest design standards and engineering practices. Ability to lead and mentor a team of design engineers. Oversee design projects from concept to manufacturing drawing stage. Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance in all design output. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support production and project requirements. Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the design and development of marine and material handling equipment, especially Deck Machinery (Capstan, Windlass, Winches, Davits, Cranes), Steering Systems, Stabilizers, and other shipboard systems.
