About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Plan and execute photoshoots and video shoots (products, models, BTS, tutorials, etc.). 2. Capture high-quality images and vertical/horizontal videos suitable for social media and our website. 3. Edit photos and videos to align with brand aesthetics (color grading, background cleanup, transitions, etc.). 4. Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and story-format videos tailored for engagement. 5. Shoot content both in-studio and on-location (occasionally). 6. Maintain an organized media library of photos and videos. 7. Collaborate with the boutique owner on shoot planning, themes, and storytelling. Requirements: 1. Proficiency in tools like Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Da Vinci Resolve, or similar. 2. Knowledge of social media formats and current content trends (Reels, Shorts, Edits, etc.). 3. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 4. Basic knowledge of lighting, angles, and composition for Indian ethnic wear(including sarees, readymade blouses, half sarees, gowns, kids wear). 5. Creativity, attention to detail, and an eye for styling. Initially, the candidate will be on probation and the salary will be Rs 12,000. After 3 months, their performance will be reviewed, and their salary will be revised based on performance.
