Role Description We’re on the lookout for a Graphic Designer (full-time, based in Bhubaneswar or remote) who can translate abstract ideas into scroll-stopping visuals. You’ll work closely with our marketing, product, and community teams to design and deliver: Infographics , decks, reports Social media posts , ad creatives Branding assets , logos, typography guides UI/UX layouts , web & mobile screens Event posters , newsletters, launch promos And if you're into it - motion graphics or video edits , huge bonus! Qualifications 3–5 years of professional design experience Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma (or your weapon of choice) A strong portfolio that showcases creative range across branding, UI/UX, marketing, and visual storytelling Solid grasp of typography, color theory , layout, and modern design trends Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and vibe with an async team Bonus if you can do basic video editing or motion graphics Degree in Design/Visual Arts is nice but not a deal-breaker We care more about how you think and what you can do, than what degree you hold.
