Role & responsibilities Administer and manage the Flexera FNMS/One platform for clients. Collect, validate, and analyze software inventory and license data. Support software compliance audits and true-up activities. Generate and present software license consumption and compliance reports. Configure and maintain license models, rules, and entitlement data in FNMS. Troubleshoot data import issues, agent deployment challenges, and discovery errors. Provide recommendations for software cost optimization and risk mitigation. Stay updated on software licensing trends, vendor policies, and industry best practices. Preferred candidate profile 2-5 years of hands-on experience with Flexera FNMS (FlexNet Manager Suite). Strong knowledge of software asset management (SAM) principles, license models, and compliance processes. Experience with discovery tools, data normalization, and reconciliation activities. Good understanding of common software publishers like Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, IBM, etc. Strong analytical and reporting skills using FNMS dashboards and custom reports. Familiarity with ITSM/CMDB processes is a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Educational Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications in SAM, ITIL, or Flexera tools (preferred but not mandatory).
