The Data Tech Lead position at ValueMomentums Engineering Center in Hyderabad requires a skilled individual with 7 to 10 years of experience, to lead the Competency and Technical Labs team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that associates and teams have the necessary technical expertise and tools for success. This involves tasks such as skill mapping, creating and managing online tests, overseeing lab setups, coordinating technical evaluations, and driving certification initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to track the learning progress of graduate trainees and maintain competency frameworks effectively. You will need to have a technical degree, 5+ years of experience in competency management, strong organizational and project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
