Job Title - Process Engineer Department- Process engineering Qualification - BE or ME in Mechanical / Chemical engg. Experience- 3 to 8 years Roles and Responsibilities: Thermal design of Boiler / Heater in respective software. Sizing of Fans, Pumps, Burners, dampers, ducts, piping, safety valves, Preparing Specifications and review offer for fans, pumps, burners, dampers, auxiliaries Proposal and contract stage P&ID, PFD, GA, datasheet preparation Read Tender Specification and prepare clarifications and deviations. Note budget points. Prepare Bill of materials for purpose of budgeting Prepare instrumentation data for control valves, pressure, temperature and flow instruments. Basic understanding of ERP system such as BaaN , PLM Basic Understanding documentation flow between various departments & customer interface. Critical Competencies: Understanding of Thermodynamics, Heat transfer and Fluid Mechanics related to boiler Basic Understanding of Boiler auxiliaries Basic Understanding of boiler / heater construction, Basic Understanding of boiler / heater operation Basic Understanding of boiler / heater erection Basic Understanding of boiler / heater commissioning activities Basic understating related to analysis of site data & preparing PG test report calculations
