About the Role We are looking for an experienced BI Developer with strong expertise in Amazon QuickSight and hands-on experience working with Redshift and Snowflake. The role involves migrating BI datasets, optimizing dashboards, and ensuring seamless business continuity during the transition. Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and optimize Amazon QuickSight datasets, calculated fields, and dashboards. Extract SQL queries and dataset definitions from QuickSight. Repoint datasets from Redshift to Snowflake and validate accuracy. Ensure dashboards and KPIs remain consistent post-migration. Apply performance optimization techniques to improve dashboard efficiency. Collaborate with business teams to conduct UAT and address feedback. Required Skills & Experience 5-8 years of experience as a BI Developer/Analyst. Deep expertise in Amazon QuickSight (datasets, calculations, visualizations). Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in Snowflake and Redshift. Proven experience in data source remapping and BI migration projects. Knowledge of dashboard optimization and validation best practices. Ability to work closely with business stakeholders for testing and validation. Preferred Candidate Profile Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Experience working in AWS environments. Effective communication skills to engage with business teams. Work Mode: Initially remote for 12 months, then onsite in Pune.
