Data Labelling operations is one of the core functional teams within Uber AI Solutions with the responsibility to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of the data annotation programs for B2B clients. At its core, our ability to build industry-leading data annotation programs is our right to win in this space. As a seasoned program manager for data labeling in the Gen AI space, you will be responsible for defining the programs and its key objectives to support LLM model training. You will drive cross-functional efforts across Operations, Product, Engg and Legal to define the Program-level Ops strategy, define scalable data labeling workflows leveraging internal tools, external vendors, and automation. What the Candidate Will Do Define the key objectives for data labeling projects to support generative AI initiatives. Partner with stakeholders (Sourcing, Engagement, Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and Product Managers) to identify data requirements and success criteria. Drive daily, weekly, and monthly meetings internally with the partner teams and externally with the customer. Design scalable data labeling workflows that leverage internal tools, external vendors, and automation. Optimize workflows for efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness, incorporating active learning and pre-labeling techniques where appropriate. Engage and manage relationships with data labeling vendors, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align labeling efforts with broader AI model development timelines. Implement robust quality assurance processes to validate labeled datasets against gold standards. Use metrics such as inter-annotator agreement, precision/recall, and throughput to monitor quality and make improvements. Forecast resource requirements and ensure efficient allocation to meet deadlines. Advocate for inclusive and unbiased labeling practices to mitigate bias in AI models. What the Candidate Will Need 5+ years experience managing scaled operations programs with 1+ year experience in GenAI / model training. Experience working in a fast-paced, ambiguous work environment. Strong knowledge of machine learning concepts, particularly around supervised learning and training data needs. Experience working with data annotation platforms and tools. Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in Generative AI, including text, image, video or audio data labeling. Familiarity with active learning, semi-supervised labeling, and human-in-the-loop systems. Strong understanding of ethical AI and best practices for minimizing dataset bias. Strong understanding of the gig economy landscape, freelancer behaviors, and recruitment strategies.

Your day at NTT DATA The Security Managed Services Engineer (L3) is a seasoned engineering role, responsible for providing a service to clients by proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems. Through pre-emptive service incident and resolution activities, as well as product reviews, operational improvements, operational practices, and quality assurance this role will maintain a high level of service to clients. The primary objective of this role is to ensure zero missed service level agreement (SLA) conditions and is responsible for managing tickets of high complexity, conducts advanced and complicated tasks, aware of client's high level and low-level security architecture and provides resolution to a diverse range of complex problems. What You'll Be Doing Key Responsibilities: Advanced Cyber Analytics, Proactively drive hunting and analysis against the dataset available for customers Work with our security operations center (SOC) and take the lead role in threat detection and incident response activities Leverage internal and external resources to research threats, vulnerabilities, and intelligence on various attackers and attack infrastructure Use Big Data Analytics platform to identify threats, determine root cause, scope, and severity of each and compile/report findings Work with Threat Intelligence and Malware solutions to identify threats, develop or recommend countermeasures, and perform advanced network and host analysis in the event of a compromise Leveraging tactical and technical intelligence for eradication of threats Characterize suspicious binaries and be able identify traits, C2, and develop network and host-based IOCs Identify potential malicious activity from memory dumps, logs, and packet captures Through review and analysis of cyber threats, provide both internal & external parties key information to respond to threat Participate as part of a close team of technical specialists on coordinated responses and subsequent remediation of security incidents Interface with customers on a daily basis to consult with them on best security practices and help them mature their security posture Create Threat Models based on Mitre ATT&CK framework and cyber kill chain for customers Linking of threat models with SIEM use cases and hunting exercises Basic Malware Analysis Work with SOAR platforms to generate and configure orchestration workflows and responses Academic Qualifications and Certifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience) Required Experience: Seasoned Managed Services experience handling complex Security Infrastructure. We own the Finance Ledger master data including the Chart of Accounts, hierarchies and mappings, and partner with the CFO business to manage and maintain these in line with organisational change. About Your Role FIL has implemented Core Finance Platform (CFP) based upon Oracle Financials and Procurement Cloud ERP (Fusion / R13) - replacing legacy JD Edwards general ledger and Oracle Web Centre based procurement systems. As part of the CFP implementation, the finance ledger Chart of Accounts was reviewed and fundamentally redesigned. The current Chart of Accounts segment values, descriptions and hierarchies are mastered and maintained using Oracle DRM, supported by workflow approval processes using K2. In addition, some of the legacy chart of account values are also required to be maintained, along with supporting mappings. The ongoing support and maintenance of this dataset is critical, not only to Finance processes and reporting - both internal and external - but across the entire FIL enterprise, with many other business areas using these values and hierarchies to drive reporting. You will be working closely with CFO business to understand, validate and action change requests in a structured way, working to clear month end timetables, and considering the impact on related datasets and processes such as cross validations rules, and allocations rules.
