Conduct complex analysis: Time and Motion, Field level, page level, Accuracy, High Confident Skip, Redundant field etc. Perform POC related analysis and validation tasks. Respond to associate’s escalations. Troubleshoot issues reported by team members. Ability to work in 24 / 7 shifts.
