We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Field Risk Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in risk management. Roles and Responsibility Conduct thorough analysis of customer data to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective risk management plans. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to risk management. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance. Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures within the risk management function. Job Requirements Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with financial institutions or similar industries is preferred. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards is an asset.
