Key Responsibilities As a BDR, you will act as the first line of action when it comes to pursuing prospects and new customers You will help us extend our global reach through discovery and exploration of new and untapped business opportunities and relationships You will support Account Executives (AEs) with research, setting up calls, conducting account-level and prospect-level research, and providing continuous support throughout the sales process Conduct research on potential clients and market trendsSupport AEs with account-level and prospect-level researchCreate detailed research documents for AEsSet up meetings between (prospective) clients and AEsContact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social sellingProactively seek new business opportunities in the marketTimely follow-up with inbound leads based on standard SLAsAssist with product demonstrations and help close small/individual dealsEducate potential customers about ‘Buyer intelligence’ and how it enhances their sales teams' resultsReport to the Sales Lead on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales resultsStay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
