Responsibilities: Proficient with Power Apps, Dynamics 365 and application development Create solution and proposals for business problems under the purview of the Power Platform Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Design, develop, and maintain applications within Microsoft Dynamics 365. Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft and third-party applications. Create and customize Microsoft Teams applications to enhance collaboration and communication. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Power Platform solutions. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Power Platform applications. Qualifications: Proven experience in Microsoft Power Platform development, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization and development. Experience in developing and customizing applications within Microsoft Teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent work experience. Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus. We’re now looking for a Founding Engineer to join our core team and help shape both the product and the company from the ground up. 🌟 What You’ll Do Design, build, and scale the agent orchestration engine (LLM pipelines, tool use, safety guardrails). Develop and maintain MCP connectors to platforms like Shopify, Notion, Discord, Gmail, and others. Implement RAG pipelines with vector databases to enable accurate and context-rich agents. Contribute to both backend and frontend systems (Next.js, Node.js, Python). Collaborate directly with the founder on product direction, architecture decisions, and roadmap . Establish best practices for security, scalability, and observability in a multi-tenant SaaS. Qualifications 3–6 years of experience in software engineering (startup or fast-paced product environment preferred). Strong skills in backend engineering (Node.js or Python) with exposure to APIs and integrations . Hands-on experience with at least one vector database (pgvector, Weaviate, Pinecone, Mongo Atlas). Familiarity with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar) and modern RAG approaches. Good understanding of frontend frameworks (Next.js, React) and UI integration. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and building scalable services. Strong problem-solving skills, with a bias for shipping and iteration . Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in an early-stage, high-ownership role . Bonus Points Prior work on multi-tenant SaaS or agent/AI platforms .
