As a Business Analyst with Contract & Procurement at CGI, you will play a crucial role in capturing business problems, value drivers, and requirements to translate them into functional solutions. With 7 to 12 years of experience in Software Development/Engineering, you will be responsible for assessing risks, feasibility, and business impact while analyzing processes, data flows, and technology to identify opportunities for improvement. Your primary responsibilities will include creating and updating clear documentation of requirements, ensuring traceability from business needs to final solutions, and collaborating with software suppliers, designers, and developers to align the solution with business requirements. You will configure and document software and processes using agreed standards and tools, define acceptance criteria, and validate that solutions meet business needs through testing. In this role, you will be expected to lead stakeholder management activities, large design sessions, and business analysis on projects. Your expertise in Agile project experience, Agile frameworks, and tools will be essential in educating stakeholders and implementing Agile ways of working. Optionally, Agile certifications/trainings, CBAP, or PMI-PBA certification are preferred, along with experience in Lean Practitioner training.
