We’re Looking for: Programme Manager – AI Solutions Delivery Are you a highly organized and results-oriented Programme Manager with a passion for AI and the drive to lead impactful projects in a fast-paced startup? What You’ll Do: Drive AI Solution Delivery: Lead and manage multiple AI-focused projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This includes projects related to LLMs, RAG applications, and other AI frameworks. Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with our strategic goals for AI adoption. Cross-Functional Leadership: Effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders. Risk Management & Mitigation: Identify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes. Resource Management: Plan and allocate resources effectively, working closely with team leads to ensure projects are appropriately staffed and resourced. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and managing expectations. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Reporting & Tracking: Establish clear project tracking mechanisms and provide regular reports on project status, key milestones, and potential roadblocks to leadership. Facilitate Agile Practices: Champion and implement agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to ensure iterative development and flexibility in response to evolving requirements. Job Requirements: Proven experience (6+ years) in programme or project management, ideally within a technology startup or a company focused on innovative solutions using Generative AI. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and different project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Experience managing projects involving software development, data engineering, or AI technologies is highly desirable. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project issues. Expertise in developing realistic project timelines and proactively managing potential delays. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps Boards). Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and DevOps practices is a plus.
