ABC Talkies is India's first digital cinema marketplace, aimed at empowering independent filmmakers to showcase and monetize their work directly. The company is dedicated to disrupting the OTT and indie film ecosystem. As a member of the Growth & Customer Success department based in Ahmedabad, you will report to the Head of ABC Film Factory. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing customer engagement strategies to enhance active user participation, repeat watch behavior, and content discovery. This involves creating tailored user journeys based on behavior, preferences, and interaction frequency. - Launching and managing retention campaigns and loyalty programs to reward long-term users, top content consumers, reviewers, and community contributors. You will also be tasked with monitoring user churn patterns and implementing reactivation strategies. - Planning and executing multi-channel user engagement campaigns, collaborating with content and marketing teams for promotions, and conducting A/B testing to identify effective retention tactics. - Engaging with the community through various activities such as polls, Q&A sessions with filmmakers, and content voting. You will also be responsible for capturing user feedback and providing insights to relevant teams. - Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user engagement, utilizing analytics tools to monitor performance, and presenting insights to leadership on a monthly basis. To be successful in this role, you should possess a degree in Media or a related field, with experience in CRM, customer lifecycle management, retention marketing, or audience engagement in the OTT/media/D2C domain. A strong understanding of data-led personalization, familiarity with engagement tools and platforms, and a creative mindset with a user-first approach are essential qualifications. The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from 6.0 to 8.0 LPA, with performance-based incentives of up to 3.0 to 4.0 LPA tied to various metrics such as DAU/MAU growth, repeat viewer percentage, churn reduction, and successful campaign execution.
