The Academic Advisors play a critical role in helping achieve the organization's mission by working directly with teachers and schools to ensure effective implementation of the system for desired learning outcomes. Seeking highly competent professionals excited by democratizing quality teaching tools and techniques to students and teachers in affordable private schools. Key Responsibilities: Building capacity through training and coaching School leaders, Academic coordinators, and teachers in LEAD partner schools to drive implementation of the LEAD academic system for excellent student outcomes. Supporting and monitoring LEAD School academic system execution in partner schools through regular observations and data-driven conversations. Sharing insightful reports regularly showcasing student and teacher performance, along with interventions being carried out. Developing and implementing retention strategies to foster lasting relationships with school owners, principals, academic coordinators, and teachers for continued partnership and growth. Collaborating with various functions within the organization to effectively address problems hindering partner schools" experience with LEAD. Proactively gathering field insights and providing internal feedback to enhance the LEAD academic system. Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating with large and diverse teams. Strong training and facilitation experience in Pedagogy and Curriculum implementation. Ideal Experience Profile: Education - Any Bachelor's degree (B.Ed, M.Ed preferable). 3 years in an academic support and teacher training role, OR 3-5 years of K-10 teaching experience (Teacher, Principals, Academic coordinator), OR 1-2 years of fellowship experience (e.g., Teach For India) and 2-3 years of post-fellowship experience. 2+ years of experience in managing teacher teams. Background in EdTech or SchoolTech industry in academic operations/ academic consultant roles. Ability and flexibility to travel 15-20 days a month.,
