You will be responsible for developing and configuring Predictive Maintenance (PdM) and AVEVA Insight Applications. This includes creating dashboards, configuring alerts, and setting up data ingestion pipelines. You will also implement asset models, tag hierarchies, and metadata structures based on customer requirements. Additionally, you will work on Predictive Maintenance Implementation by building and deploying predictive models using AVEVA Predictive Analytics. This involves configuring anomaly detection, fault diagnostics, and time-to-failure forecasting. Your role will also involve customer requirement analysis, where you will review technical specifications and collaborate with stakeholders to clarify and meet expectations. You will be translating business needs into scalable and maintainable application solutions. Integration and extensibility tasks will require you to integrate AVEVA Insight with OT data sources and enterprise systems. You will also customize applications using Python, .NET, and VB scripting for advanced functionality. In terms of UI/UX configuration, you will design and configure operator interfaces for real-time monitoring and shutdown recording. Your focus will be on ensuring intuitive navigation and responsive design across devices. Reporting and visualization tasks will involve configuring and validating reports using Power BI or similar tools to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights through visual analytics. As part of troubleshooting and support, you will diagnose and resolve application issues efficiently. It will be essential to document incidents and resolutions in line with SLAs and support contracts. Your system knowledge should include a working understanding of Windows OS server/client architecture and third-party software integration. Experience with cloud platforms and data security best practices will be advantageous. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with AVEVA Insight and Predictive Analytics platforms, proficiency in Python, .NET, and VB scripting, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills. Experience in industrial automation, SCADA/HMI systems, and data-driven applications will be beneficial for this role.,
