Support containerized application environments using Kubernetes (EKS/AKS), Docker, and Helm. Create and refine SOPs, automation scripts, and runbooks for efficient issue handling. Perform deep-dive analysis and RCA for recurring issues and implement long-term solutions. Handle access management, IAM policies, VNet/VPC setup, security group configurations, and load balancers.
