We are currently seeking a Tech M&A Specialist - Manager with up to 14 years of experience in managing the technology aspects of mergers and acquisitions, particularly focusing on IT separation related to Data Centre and Cloud Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong IT separation skills, including Data/DC Migration and System Integration, coupled with a deep understanding of Data Centre and Cloud technologies. This role is tailored for a leader who can oversee M&A deals from a technology perspective, ensuring the successful execution of IT separation initiatives while providing guidance to the team with technical expertise. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end technology aspects of M&A deals, particularly focusing on IT separation projects related to Data Centre and Cloud Infrastructure to ensure successful migration and integration. - Collaborate with clients to comprehend their separation requirements and devise tailored strategies aligned with their business objectives throughout the M&A process. - Act as a key figure in engagements, utilizing your profound understanding of Data Centre and Cloud technologies to mentor the team involved in the separation. - Work closely with technical teams to ensure the timely and within-budget execution of separation projects, emphasizing client satisfaction. - Stay abreast of IT separation trends, cloud technologies, and M&A best practices to enhance service delivery and make strategic decisions. - Provide technical insights for proposals and engage in client discussions to support business development efforts, particularly within the context of M&A transactions. Qualifications: - Up to 14 years of experience in IT, specializing in managing technology aspects of M&A, IT separation, and Data Centre/Cloud Infrastructure. - Demonstrated experience in overseeing IT separation projects within M&A deals, with a successful track record in implementation and operation. - Strong communication and client engagement capabilities, with the proficiency to translate technical requirements into effective separation strategies. - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications in IT separation, cloud technologies, or M&A processes are highly desirable. Preferred Skills: - Proficiency in data migration and system integration tools to streamline separation processes during M&A transactions. - In-depth knowledge of security practices and compliance standards associated with IT separation in M&A contexts. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
