Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute the vision and strategy for the fleets marketplace through data-centric analytics. You will work closely with the marketplace and supply teams to plan supply scale-up for fleets and forecast growth trajectory. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to drive the right outcomes for the business. Your role will involve crafting frameworks to improve pricing, incentives, and fleets marketplace management. You will be expected to prepare and deliver business reviews to senior management, showcasing progress against KPIs. Managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment will be a key part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of relevant work experience, with a strong background in problem-solving and analytics, including proficiency in SQL. Familiarity with the Indian market, particularly in technology, telecommunications, FMCG, or transportation industries, is preferred. You must demonstrate the ability to work independently, collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and take initiative in a dynamic work environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are crucial, along with the willingness to travel across India as needed.,
