Interested candidates may please share profiles at swati.chouhan@airindiaexpress.com Job Title: Sr. Associate -Employee Exit Management Department: Human Resources Location: Gurgaon Reports To: Sr. Manager HRSS Job Purpose: To manage and streamline the employee exit process for airline staff, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, timely processing of dues, and accurate data management in HR systems like SuccessFactors. The role involves close coordination with Payroll, HR COEs, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and professional offboarding experience. Role & responsibilities: Exit Process Management: Conduct and oversee exit formalities including clearance checks, documentation, and final settlement. Ensure timely and accurate completion of exit checklists across departments (IT, Admin, Finance, etc.). Address employee queries related to exit procedures and policies. Payroll Coordination: Share final inputs with Payroll for full and final settlement including notice pay, leave encashment, and other dues. Validate exit-related financial data before submission to Payroll. HR Systems & Data Management: Maintain and update employee exit records in SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms. Generate reports and dashboards related to attrition, exit trends, and compliance metrics. Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with HR COEs (Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, etc.) for exit-related dependencies. Coordinate with Legal and Compliance teams for any regulatory or contractual obligations. Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps and recommend improvements in the exit management workflow. Support automation and digitization initiatives related to offboarding. Preferred candidate profile: Bachelors/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 4+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the airline or aviation sector. Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms. Strong understanding of payroll processes and statutory compliance related to employee exits.
