You will be responsible for serving as the Product Owner for an in-house Data product/platform at Epergne Solutions. Your primary task will involve leveraging your expertise in Data Analysis tools, Data lineage tools (e.g. Info map), Stream Sets, Kafka, APIs & Microservices, Tableau, and various types of databases (RDBMS, NoSQL, open source, proprietary) to drive the development and maintenance of the data product/platform. Additionally, you will need to have experience in BPM tools such as Camunda and Pega. Your role will entail analyzing data, identifying business attributes, and classifying data into Common, Key, and Critical categories for Business Process Management (BPM) and business workflows. You will also be expected to develop Risk-Based scoring mechanisms based on data analysis and identify key data elements crucial for operational process efficiencies and regulatory reporting. Furthermore, you will work on data control frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements on data retention and accessibility controls, emphasizing data accuracy, completeness, and de-duplication. In addition to your core responsibilities, you should possess engineering expertise in implementing Cloud-based data solutions (public, private), including defining new or utilizing existing design patterns. Experience in Elastic Data Search capabilities, knowledge of Data Streaming patterns and tools (e.g. Stream Sets, Kafka), and exposure to implementing AI and ML patterns for automated decision-making in business workflows will be beneficial. Proficiency in Agile methodology and a mindset of using experimentation and simplification as building blocks are essential for success in this role. Ideally, you should have over 15 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record of serving as a Product Owner for in-house Data products/platforms. The ability to join the team within 30 days is a requirement for this position.,
