Build and mentor team of service solutions specialists who engage with cloud customers and help them identify and create a Personalized Training Plan based on the content assets and services already available. This requires good overview knowledge on Oracle SaaS and the ability to speak the language while connecting customer needs with our content. Speak to Oracle learning offerings with passion to drive learning adoption. Work with customers to identify any unique learning goals they might have (example, getting certified, meeting an implementation deadline, training specific users etc) with direct interaction when needed Identify learning trends and new content needed to keep Oracle cloud learning subscriptions current and modern. Be champion of customers cause and liaison with OU product development team for bringing improvements to training content or platform.
