We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Software Engineer with hands-on experience in backend development and database support. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SQL, backend logic, and a passion for solving real-world problems. You will be involved in supporting and improving enterprise applications, working with technologies like SQL, Node.js, and MongoDB, and integrating systems in a high-volume retail environment. Maintain and enhance backend functionalities of enterprise retail systems (Infor M3). Work with SQL databases (MS-SQL, MySQL, MongoDB) for data extraction, report generation, and performance tuning. Manage and support core processes such as PO-CO (Purchase Order Customer Order), GRN (Goods Receipt Note), and sales synchronization. Analyze and troubleshoot application issues; ensure seamless data flow between systems (offline and online). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and test new features in existing systems. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for system integrations using Node.js and Express.js. Support ongoing projects such as the integration of government portals (eShram & MGNREGA) with robust backend logic and real-time tracking. Participate in code reviews and documentation practices. Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering or related field Experience in SQL and database tools like DBeaver, MS-SQL Server. Proficiency in backend development using Node.js, JavaScript, and MongoDB. Familiarity with REST APIs, version control (Git/GitHub), and tools like Postman. Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS). Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
