Your Role and Impact R Systems is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Lead Engineer with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, including Angular, .NET, C#, and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure. You should have a strong background in developing scalable, secure, and high-performance applications, along with experience in RESTful services, microservices, and cloud-native architectures. In this role, you will lead technical discussions, mentor junior engineers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality code across the platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of database reliability, DevOps practices, and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive the development of innovative IoT solutions for both residential and commercial use cases. Your Contribution Lead full-stack development for myQ platform enhancements, including both front-end and back-end development. Ensure scalability, maintainability, and security of applications across cloud-based (AWS and Azure) and on-premise deployments; collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines. Lead the design and architecture of software solutions, adhering to OOP, SOLID principles, and RESTful API patterns. Lead AWS cloud initiatives, leveraging services like Lambda, API Gateway, S3, EC2, and RDS. Create hybrid cloud solutions that integrate AWS and Azure for optimal scalability and performance. Use infrastructure as code (Powershell, Terraform) for efficient cloud infrastructure management Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to design scalable, high-performance software features. Work closely with product owners, designers, and engineers to understand and translate product requirements into technical solutions. Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices through peer reviews and mentorship of junior engineers. Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
