As a Rubrik Admin, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and maintaining Rubrik backup solutions. Your role involves configuring, scheduling, and taking manual backups for various operating systems. You should have a strong background in Rubrik Backup Administration, particularly with high-end storage devices. You will act as a subject matter expert, providing direct technical support for planning, coordinating, installing, implementing, and testing releases, upgrades, or changes to backup solutions. Developing, documenting, and maintaining procedures for system utilities such as backup/restore, performance tuning, and configuration of environments will also be part of your responsibilities. Other tasks include performing restores on demand, conducting Instant VM recovery and Live mounts, protecting databases, managing volumes, and handling backups using Rubrik CDM and its upgrades. You will need to meet service level agreements for clients, prepare Root Cause Analysis reports, and provide primary/secondary on-call support.
