As a Technical Analyst for Data Lake and ODS Support, you will be an integral part of the core support team for a prominent health insurance client. With 6 to 9 years of experience and a technical field graduate (B.E, B Tech) background, you will bring your expertise to ensure the smooth functioning of data-related processes and systems. Your responsibilities will include executing regular jobs and verifying their successful completion, writing optimized queries, views, and triggers, as well as optimizing large and complex SQL statements. Troubleshooting common database issues and complex Stored Procedures will be part of your daily tasks. Your proficiency with MS-SQL, including queries and stored procedures, along with a good understanding of Database Joins, Indexes, Performance tuning, and best practices in relational databases, will be crucial for this role. In addition to your technical skills, knowledge of SSIS and SSRS, exposure to projects in the Insurance sector, and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies for ETL and data storage will be advantageous. You will collaborate closely with team members and client stakeholders, managing common database procedures such as upgrades, backup/recovery, and migration. Leading a team of support resources and serving as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Human Resources will also be part of your responsibilities.
