Expertise with Inplace upgrade and side by side Migration and Disaster recovery management. Experience in MS Windows Server 2008 R2, 2012, 2016 and higher. Performing scheduled maintenance and supporting release deployment activities after hours. Experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools. Refining and automating regular processes, tracking issues, and documenting changes. Providing 24x7 support for critical production systems. Recommend and implement emerging database technologies. Excellent written and verbal communication Basic PowerShell Management Module in MS SQL Server. Basics T-SQL knowledge. J available for on-call support as needed.
